Can I collect from store?
Yes you can!
At Collectors Assemble, we don't want you to miss out. If you load your basket, then on checkout, you can either choose to pay in store or online. If you pay online, we will keep your order until you're ready to collect, if you choose to pay in store, we will hold your item for 24 hours.

What are the delivery options at Collectors Assemble?
At Collectors Assemble we offer a number of delivery options to help suit your needs:
Standard delivery (EU). You order will be despatched within 24 hours and will be with you within 2-5 working days*. Your order will be shipped with Royal Mail on a 2nd class service.
Express delivery (EU). Your order will be despatched within 24 hours and will be with you within 1-2 working days*. This will be shipped with Royal Mail on a 1st class service.
- Next Day delivery (EU). If your order is placed before 14:00 Monday - Thursday, your order will be despatched the same day* for next day delivery. If your order is placed after 14:00 or between Friday and Sunday, your order will be despatched the following working day*, for delivery the following working day*.
- Standard Delivery (Europe). Your order will be despatched within 24 hours of placing your order and should be with you within 7 working days. Delivery to Europe is £9.95 and will be sent with Royal Mail, who will then pass your package onto your local delivery service.
- Standard Delivery (Int). Your order will be despatched withing 24 hours of placing your order and should be with you within 14 working days. Delivery outside of Europe is #12.95 and will be sent with Royal mail, who will then pass your package onto your local delivery service.
*Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. We cannot be held responsible for any delays with the carrier.
Deliveries over £25.00
Deliveries over £25.00 and placed in the United Kingdom, will be despatched free of charge on our Standard delivery service (detailed above). Where possible, we will send all orders over £50.00 on a signed for, 2nd class service with Royal Mail. If you would like to use our Express Delivery option, this will be charged at £3.95.
Where do we deliver?
At Collectors Assemble, we ship throughout the Mainland UK and Northern Ireland, Europe, USA and Canada. If your address is located in a remote part where a deliver driver cannot reach you, you should first contact a member of our UK based sales team where they will assist you.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not*.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
For unwanted gifts, you will be responsible for return charges. The original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*Comics, Graphic Novels and Jewellery are excluded from returns unless damaged upon receipt. Proof must be sent within 24 hours.
What if my item arrived faulty or broken?
If in the unfourtunate event your item is either faulty or broken, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving your item. You can contact our UK sales team on +44 (0) 1926 942 025 and we will be happy to assist you. We may ask for photographic evidence of the product and packaging. This is for insurance purposes. We will then arrange for the parcel to be returned to us, where we will then inspect and offer you a full refund, including any return postage fees (we do require proof of postage fees) using the payment method you originally paid with.
